What is the “Pass or Don’t Pay” guarantee and how do I qualify?
If you follow the required study plan and don’t pass the Ohio real estate exam on your first attempt, you may qualify for a full package refund.
Qualification checklist:
- Complete all 100 hours within 180 days of purchase.
- Complete the Real Estate Sales Crammer Review.
- Score 75%+ on all 4 CompuCram simulated exams.
- Take the PSI state exam within 30 days of completing coursework.
- If you do not pass, email your PSI score report to [email protected].
Refunds
What is the refund policy for Ohio real estate courses?
Refunds are available within 30 days if the course has not started (minus a $50 processing fee). After starting, refunds are prorated by progress.

- Physical textbooks and vocabulary cards are non-refundable.
- Refunds with physical textbooks are reduced by $50.

Course Access
How long do I have access to the course?
You have 6 months (180 days) from purchase to complete coursework.
Extensions (within 2 years of enrollment):

After 2 years, if school exam completion is still pending, re-enrollment at current tuition may be required for incomplete courses.
